Linking, liking, and loading
OK, now that it’s just us, here’s a reminder that most resources in the BCP Business Center are in the public domain. Thus, according to 17 U.S.C. § 105, they’re not subject to copyright restrictions. (Sorry for the citation. Sometimes we just can’t help ourselves.) So you’re free to download, link, paste, tweet, like, dislike, and otherwise use FTC materials.
There’s no need to get clearance, but there are a few things we ask. First, don’t use FTC stuff deceptively or in a way that might imply a government affiliation or endorsement. Second, if you make substantive changes to FTC material, please don’t attribute it in a way that makes it look like the agency said something it didn’t.

Post the videos. We’re not packing our bags for Cannes just yet, but the FTC has started to release videos and podcasts for business and consumer audiences. Link to, download, or embed clips from the multimedia library. Not quite sure how to do that? Thanks to our AV Club, each one includes code you can cut and paste. Looking for more ideas?
